A farm gate on Wonboyn Lake near Eden, at the southern tip of the New South Wales coast, run by growers Caroline and Ken. Buy Sydney rock oysters from cocktail to plate size straight from the shed and eat them by the water; the lake's freshwater input gives them a creamy, low-brine, fruity character. They're at the shed most days, though it pays to phone ahead.
