The Story
The farm gate of Merimbula Gourmet Oysters, on Oyster Track beside Merimbula Lake. Just-shucked Sydney rock oysters come with a range of toppings, alongside the rare Angasi flat oyster, prawns, scallops and seasonal specials, eaten on an open-air deck by the mangroves. Opened and unopened oysters are available to take away.
