The Story
Artisanal gelato maker at Bermagui Fishermens Wharf operating on a philosophy of simplicity and local provenance. Sources fruit directly from locals via a one-scoop-per-kilo trade system; also sources premium hazelnuts from Veneto, Italy. Trained by Gian Michele Pasa in traditional methods. Serves gelato, sorbets, coffee drinks (including affogato), and gelato cakes. Tuesday happy hour: all drinks 40% off, 2–4pm. Open daily year-round.
