The Story
Growing lavender at Carlotta since 1999 and, by its own account, the only such farm south of Perth open to visitors. The handmade lavender products and preserves are sold from a farm shop, while the Secret Garden cafe leans into the crop with Devonshire teas, seasonal country cooking and lavender ice cream and milkshakes.
