The Story
A chef-owned restaurant that opened in 2023 to celebrate the food of the Levant, drawing on the traditions of Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, Cyprus and beyond. Owner-chef Daniel Johnson works regional ingredients into set and a la carte menus, with a Sunday brunch and alfresco seats in Busselton.
