The Story
A family-owned artisan cheesemaker established in 1988 in the King Valley village of Milawa, blending European tradition with small-batch Australian innovation. The Factory Road shop opens daily with a tasting room of rotating cows', goats' and washed-rind cheeses, alongside cured meats, preserves and goods from neighbouring producers.
