The Story
A one-person microbakery in Bright working slow-fermented organic loaves, including a spelt and honey sourdough, entirely by hand. Bread comes via pre-order pickup from Botanic Alps through the week and a stall at the monthly Bright Markets, keeping the whole thing small, direct and firmly of the town.
