The Story
A family-run sourdough bakery out of South Fremantle, working the ancient, additive- and commercial-yeast-free method and, since recently, milling its own flour on site each day. Loaves, spelt breads, croissants and tarts are baked fresh every morning and carried to the Subiaco Farmers Market and a string of other Perth markets.
