A little piece of France in the heart of Fremantle, set in a restored nineteenth-century limestone flour mill just off the Cappuccino Strip. Run by the Blanchet brothers of Angel's House Bistro, it pairs an extensive wine list with French hors d'oeuvres — duck terrine, a baguette, a glass of champagne — across a downstairs bar and an upstairs lounge.
