The Story
A handcrafted chocolate workshop set behind Oaklands Barn on the Princes Highway at Pambula, open to visitors seven days. The chocolatiers work Belgian chocolate with local ingredients into everything from giant freckles to rocky road, with Italian pistachio gelato to eat on the spot.
