A tiny Hobart hole-in-the-wall serving simple pleasures since the winter of 2019 – around twenty seats, walk-in only, with a blackboard wine list and a mystery pour chosen for you. The short kitchen runs to oysters, a toast dish, pasta and cheese sourced from Tasmanian producers, all to a soundtrack of vinyl.
