The Story
Classic patisserie method meets more modern technique across three shopfronts: 11 Murray Street in Hobart, 31–33 New Town Road in New Town and 182 Sandy Bay Road in Sandy Bay. The counters run from artisanal breads and handmade large cakes to petits gateaux and pastries, alongside savoury breakfast and lunch plates and shelf provisions. All three open seven days, from 7am on Murray Street.
