The only pub left in the gold-rush village of Hill End, built in 1872 and now run as the Hill End Micro Pub within the NSW National Parks estate. A licensed bar, family dining room and garden bistro serve honest food, local wines and craft beers, with lunch, dinner and light meals through the day. Open Wednesday to Sunday, with heritage rooms upstairs.
