The Story
The last pub standing in Carcoar, a National Trust-classified village in the NSW central west, trading since 1849 on the main street. The bar is open every day, and the bistro serves lunch Thursday to Sunday and dinner Thursday to Saturday from a specials board and regular menu. Twelve upstairs rooms and a calendar of live music, trivia and comedy round out an old-world country hotel.
