A small-batch cheesemaker on the Fleurieu Peninsula working with minimal intervention across a short range of goat cheeses, from fresh curd and a dill-flecked version to Camembert-style whites, a washed black and a goats blue. Hand-made in modest quantities and carried by a spread of independent stockists.
