Here, gelato is handcrafted on-site in small batches using traditional artisan techniques learnt in Bologna, with no commercial pastes or artificial flavours. Flavours run from coconut milk and mango ripple to strawberry with dark chocolate, and a cookies-and-cream creation layered with milk chocolate ganache and cookie dough chunks. The focus throughout is on fresh ingredients and scratch-made batches, crafted with a quality-first approach.
