An all-day modern Australian restaurant on Leighton Beach in North Fremantle, with views across the sand dunes and coast. The menu follows the season, built around produce from local growers and suppliers, with edible native plants and seafood served both raw and cooked over fire. The kitchen composts, dehydrates and grows its own flowers and herbs in the front garden to reduce waste and packaging. The menu acknowledges the Whadjuk Nyoongar people, traditional custodians of the Derbal Yaragan (Swan River) region. The venue can be booked for functions and events.
