The Story
A standalone Stanthorpe bakery and patisserie led by a Swiss-trained pastry chef, its sourdough, pastries, pies and cakes crafted and baked in-house daily with locally sourced ingredients and New Zealand butter. It runs occasional classes teaching the Swiss method to anyone keen to learn.
