The Story
"Nothing bought in. Everything made by hand" — which for a pasticceria is the only claim that counts, and Via Dolce has been making its own cannoli, biscotti, cakes and gelato daily on Bunda Street since 2013. The gelato bar runs late, to eleven on Friday and Saturday nights, which makes it Civic's dessert address rather than a daytime cake shop. Order by nine for a cake the next morning.
