The Story
An inner-city Brisbane mushroom farm growing oyster, lion's mane, chestnut and coral tooth varieties in Fortitude Valley on agricultural by-products, then turning some into functional powders and extracts. Pick-up runs weekdays from the farm, or catch the stall at the New Farm Powerhouse market every Saturday morning.
