The Story
Three pizza bases and none of them an afterthought: a 72-hour classic, a lighter wholemeal, and a gluten-free one they make themselves. The gnocchi, the egg pasta, the rib ravioli, the bread and the gelato are all house-made too. Pizzas run from a Margherita to Mr Pig — broccoli purée, baby broccoli, pork and fennel sausage, chilli. The wine and beer lean hard on the Adelaide Hills.
