Fresh and filled pasta, gnocchi and a full gluten-free range, all made on-site in Westmeadows with local ingredients and nothing artificial. The little Fawkner Street shop opens weekdays, and the rest of the week the trays travel to more than a dozen Melbourne markets, Ballarat among them.
