The Story
A North Adelaide corner deli working from the New York Jewish template: pastrami smoked in house, vegetables pickled in house, bagels and lox made on site, soft drinks and shrub cordials mixed rather than bought. What the kitchen doesn't make comes from named South Australian suppliers. Milk coffees run on a Colombian and Ethiopian blend, black coffees on rotating single origin. Sittings are ninety minutes and the kitchen closes at two.
