Billed as Australia's first entirely vegan pub, this corner hotel on Abercrombie Street relaunched with a kitchen and bar that are plant-based top to bottom. The room keeps the tiled, worn-in feel of the pub it replaced, which is the point: the novelty is not the fit-out but the absence of anything animal-derived on the premises.
