Small-batch gelato is churned fresh each morning on site using traditional Italian methods, with a base of quality milk and cream mixed with seasonal and local ingredients. Alongside rotating flavours and dairy-free sorbets, there are warm waffles and loaded cookies topped with a choice of scoops, plus gluten-free waffle cones and take-home tubs for later. A rotating lucky dip keeps things interesting for regulars chasing something new.
