The Story
Casual Turkish street food built around chargrilled shish grills, slow cooked over an open flame and marinated by the kitchen's chefs. Products are Halal certified, with no artificial flavouring. Alongside the grilled meats and big share platters are vegetarian options: fresh Turkish pides, falafels, stuffed vine leaves, cheese sambousiks, pastries and mezzes. The setting is family-friendly and geared to group dining. A food truck, The Kebab Kollective, extends the kitchen to festivals, functions and corporate events.
