An oyster farm tour at Smoky Bay on South Australia's far west coast, run from Sandy Creek Drive. Guests are taken out to a purpose-built deck above the family's working lease, where they shuck fresh oysters and taste them on the water. Tours run weekdays and weekends by booking.
