A sliver of Swiss wine culture in Albion — an intimate neighbourhood bar and shop focused on minimal-intervention wine, with more than two hundred and fifty bottles on the shelf and six to eight rotating pours a day, house-made pet-nat included. Walk-ins only, DIY cheeseboards, and Turkish meze delivered from the neighbours; named for the founder's endlessly optimistic border collie.
