A certified bio-dynamic organic dairy at Paris Creek in the Adelaide Hills, making its own milk, yoghurt and a range of cheeses including brie, camembert and truffle brie. South Australian owned and run, it belongs to a small clan of bio-dynamic farmers working to bring those methods into the everyday.
