The Story
A family-operated pancake restaurant at Mercantile Dock in Port Adelaide, running since 25 February 2000. Chef Sylvain joined the original pancake kitchen in 2006 and took over managing the business in December 2014. The menu runs from breakfast through savoury dishes and sweet pancakes, with children's meals, hot beverages and milkshakes alongside. Dishes include the Stockmans Breakfast, a vegetarian cheese pancake and hot buttered walnuts.
