The Story
Established in 2008 by a pizza chef with more than 30 years in the trade, this Doncaster kitchen makes traditional Italian thin-crust pizza and homemade pasta. Ingredients are cut by hand rather than by machine, which keeps the base crisp rather than soggy, and the lamb and chicken breasts are marinated and roasted in house for both gourmet and traditional pizzas. Produce comes from local Australian grocers, and gluten-free pizzas and pastas are made. You can sit in the store at 15/958 Doncaster Rd and watch the pizzas go from the pizza bar to the oven.
