A pizzeria on Woolley Street that makes its own mozzarella, which is the point of the name and rare enough in Australia to matter. Naples-style, handmade dough, thin bases, cooked in a wood-fired oven. Dinner only, and it closes early. Dickson is Canberra's Chinatown strip, which makes this the outlier on the block.
