The Story
Set within Parramatta Park, this restaurant and bar takes its name from the mixed nature of its menu, which draws particularly on Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences and is built for sharing across a spread of dishes. Wood-fired pita, offered with black garlic and truffle butter, is one option; a signature chocolate caviar appears among the sweeter plates. Alongside the à la carte dining there are cocktails from the bar, breakfast service, and private dining and events. It is run by owner Jad and his team.
