A cheese specialist tucked into Belconnen's Market Street, Le Cheeserie treats fromage as something to be celebrated rather than merely sold. The counter runs to curated Australian and international selections, built out into hampers, grazing platters and — for the properly committed — cheese wedding towers assembled tier by tier. Alongside the wheels sit small luxuries: caviar box sets, Valrhona chocolate crackle, and a shelf of cheese-minded merchandise down to branded hats and the Studd Siblings' guidebook. The team runs cheese-and-wine masterclasses and takes on school groups, and orders placed the night before can be collected across the Wednesday-to-Sunday trading week. It is a small, single-minded operation for people who believe, as the shop's own merch puts it, that there's always room for cheese.
