The Story

Rogan josh, saag paneer and dal makhani hold the middle of the menu, but the house dishes are where the kitchen argues its case: a mild chicken curry finished in coconut cream, a vegetable one built on mint, potato-and-paneer kofta in cashew gravy. Much of the menu is tagged gluten-free, dairy-free or nut-free — the stated aim is flavour without heavy oil. Parathas all day. One naan comes coated in vindaloo chutney.
