The Story
Andy and Chris Parisi learned pizza from their father Antonino at the family's Hindley Street bar, then opened this in 1975 in an old butcher shop. The arches in the back room are where the cool room was; the brothers took jackhammers to the walls themselves. They bought the dry cleaner next door, then another shop, then another. Fifty years on, they still own and run it.
