The Story
A Venezuelan and European-style cheese producer on the edge of Smithton, in the heart of Tasmania's far north-west dairy country. Cheese is made on a 29-hectare farm with a robotic dairy, and visitors can watch the cows milk themselves from a viewing area. Farm tours finish at the Duck River Pavilions, where you can taste and buy the range.
