Built in 1853, the room keeps a working fireplace, a sunlit front terrace and a rear courtyard, both dog-friendly. The seasonal kitchen leans on Tasmanian produce, cool-climate wine and specialty coffee across breakfast and lunch, with dinner added on Friday and Saturday nights. Walk-ins are the house habit.
