A family Sydney rock oyster farm at Kooringal, on the southern tip of Moreton Island in Queensland's Moreton Bay. The operation grows and supplies oysters and is reached by its own private airstrip. It works primarily as a wholesale grower, with enquiries made through the farm directly.
