The Story
Knead Gelato makes house-made artisan gelato and sorbets with over 50 flavours created to date. Offerings include traditional varieties alongside distinctive house creations—Rocky Road with dark chocolate and rose water, Mandarin & Lavender using garden-grown ingredients, Pear & Ginger, and collaborations with Flour & Chocolate bakery (Macadamia Blondie, Choc Almond Croissant, Espresso Biscotti). Beyond scoops, they produce Bombe Alaskas torched to order, gelato cookie sandwiches, roulades, donuts, and croissants. Flavours rotate daily and weekly. Available in pre-made tubs at the Morningside store.
