A Granite Belt preserves maker at Glen Aplin that has been putting up jams, marmalades, relishes, pickles and sauces from local fruit since 2001. The made-on-site range spills over into a licensed cafe and larder with a tasting bar, open Wednesday through Sunday for those detouring off the Stanthorpe road.
