A small Japanese-Hawaiian kitchen near Jervis Bay that folds Edo-period chirashi together with the poke tradition of the islands. Owners Sunny and Kaiki keep short hours, Thursday to Sunday, plating scattered sushi and poke bowls for the beach crowd.
