The shopfront sells freshly shucked oysters and other local seafood, with large windows so you can watch the professional shuckers at work. Fully licensed, it stocks premium beers and wines (BYO wine only), and you can take your haul away or eat it alfresco over views of Port Stephens. Open seven days, from 7am on weekdays.
