An artisan bakery and cafe in Bellingen turning organic wheat from farmers near Tamworth into long-fermented sourdough and viennoiserie, baked in a wood-fired stone oven the owners call one of a kind for the region. The bread and pastries also travel to the Bellingen Growers Market.
