The Story
An owner-run bakery-cafe where the bread, pastries and pies are made on site from scratch each morning, poured alongside small-batch specialty coffee. The husband-and-wife team behind it brought restaurant and baking backgrounds north from Victoria, leaning on regional Far North Queensland suppliers for a daily counter that draws the town in from 6am.
