The Story
A certified-organic sheep dairy and cheesery at Birchs Bay, south of Hobart on the D'Entrecasteaux Channel. The farm's Tasting House pours award-winning sheep-milk cheeses alongside Hartshorn Distillery's sheep-whey spirits, with guided tastings and bookable farm tours. Open Friday to Monday, 11am to 3pm.
