The Story
A Launceston sweet shop that has handcrafted Tasmanian confectionery the traditional way since 1896 — hand-pulled boiled lollies, famous raspberry drops and chocolate-dipped treats made from bubbling pots in the Quadrant Mall. More than a century and a quarter on, it still runs behind-the-scenes tours of the original sweet works.
