The Story
A German and continental deli and café in Bexley North, run by Kati and Tino, who came from the European meat industry to open their own small-goods factory in NSW. The counter holds cold cuts, pâtés, sausages and award-winning hams, alongside German small goods including potato and bread dumplings (Knödel), Spätzle, gherkins and sauerkraut. Through the day the café serves sandwiches, hot food and coffee. Madeleine, who previously managed a German restaurant in Sydney, joined the team in July 2015 and offers product knowledge and suggestions for arranging food for gatherings. Catering is available.
