The Story
A working family dairy on the Atherton Tablelands between Yungaburra, Atherton and Malanda, where gourmet cheese and hand-crafted chocolates are made on site. A licensed cafe looks out over the surrounding hills and farmland, letting visitors see the production and taste it in the one place, on land the Gallo family has farmed since 1937.
