A family bakery on the Sunshine Coast that has been baking genuine artisan sourdough, rye and spelt since 2000, coaxing each loaf through a 48-hour process without commercial yeast. Bread goes out to local restaurants, cafes and delis, with a stall at the Noosa Farmers Market for those who prefer to buy it straight from the baker.
